So my the amazingness of my friend Caryn, I was able to go to the Carnival of Madness Tour this past Wednesday at Merriweather Post Pavilion in Columbia, Maryland. I've never been a huge fan of rock music, although I've always enjoyed it. I went expecting a great time, and I certainly got it. The lineup included: 10 years, Puddle of Mud, Chevelle, Sevendust, and Shinedown. While the first four bands were great, they lacked true stage presence and showmanship. Shinedown, however, engaged the crowd, interacted, and even came into the crowd for part of their set. Amazingggggg! I've never listened to them before now, but now I'm a huge fan haha.
